New Website and Support Desk

Welcome to our new website and support desk. Over the years L4 has changed the way our site looks and operates in an effort to grow as the company grows. Now that we have launched a new website, we feel that L4 can now add several new products and services in the coming months and make those offerings easy to locate and review using our website.

We have also launched our new support desk software supported by kayako.com and it is in beta release right now, but getting better. Lots of great new features are allowing for better support, including a completely new ticketing system and online chat system. The knowledgebase is cleaner looking and we can now post news, so feel free to subscribe and receive email updates.
